I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how much I appreciated the work of one of your sales persons, particularly, Patrick Curb. My wife and I were looking at Audis and Patrick went above and beyond in his salesmanship. He worked quickly and efficiently without playing the normal run-around games you find at most car dealerships. In the past two years we have purchased two new cars and have had more run-ins then we ever could want with pushy, sneaky, and conniving car salesmen (NOT all were this way but too many). Patrick was anything but these things. He was constantly on the ball and working to provide us with all the information we wanted in a timely fashion. He was upfront and honest and always went above and beyond the call of duty (even staying in contact w/ us on his days off). I can honestly say he is the first salesman we have encountered that I actually looked forward to talking with because I knew that he would provide an honest and straightforward response to our questions. Although we did not end up purchasing an Audi, it was NOT because of Patrick (it was anything but that). If we had based our decision solely on the salesperson I would never buy from anyone else. We decided not to purchase an Audi at this time due to our current situation (I am a recently graduated law student). However, I can assure you that Patrick did everything in his power and beyond to try to meet our needs. The next car we purchase will be an Audi and it will be from nobody other than Patrick Curb. I have never written a message of this type; however, I wanted to pass this information onto you so that you know what a class-act employee Patrick Curb is.

We wanted to take a moment to let you know what a positive experience we had with Hugh Baumgartner. We think so highly of Hugh that we’ve already recommended him, and Sunset Audi, to several friends. Unfortunately, the limited supply of Q5′s reluctantly led us to another dealer, but we had such positive interactions with Hugh that when we decided to buy another Audi, we didn’t even think about going to another dealership. Everyone we interacted with at Sunset Audi was a pleasure – very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional – especially Hugh and Polly. When the Q3 diesel comes to the U.S., Hugh will be getting another call from us … Thank you for supporting such great quality product and people. It’s a lot of money to throw around and we feel so much better dealing with a fantastic product and professional people. We’ll be back ….

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the way I was treated in your Porsche Service Department the past few days. I brought my Carrera in for a 60K service and was greeted by Alexis with very friendly and professional service. She provided a courtesy car for me which was very helpful since I live in Salem. When I came to pick up my car, she once again greeted me with prompt, helpful service. After also having a new set of Michelin PS-2 tires installed, Alexis had my old (and still useable) front tires wrapped in plastic and personally made sure they got in my car o.k. for my drive back to Salem. Having had an uncle who was VP of Toyota National Service and Parts Distribution and a cousin as Toyota General Manager of Western Region Sales, I’m very aware of how a top service department should appear and the quality of service to be expected. Be assured that you can be proud of your Service Department, thanks to Alexis and your crew. I would also like to commend Bill, one of the techs there in Porsche Service. He was very helpful as well and answered some questions I had regarding the car. He made me feel like a VIP customer and in the end I am very thankful that I know when I leave my car there that you have people like Alexis and Bill who are there to make sure my service experience is top notch. Please pass on my appreciation to both Alexis and Bill and let them know I will be coming back to Sunset Imports for all of my Porsche service needs.

“By far the best car purchase experience I have ever had. I love my new A4, and I really enjoyed my sales person Shane Randall. He was very helpful, and I didn’t have the typical “back and forth” run around that you usually get in the car business. Shane even dropped the plates off at our house since he lives close by, and he also invited us back in for a “refresher course” on our new car a month after we signed the paperwork. Most sales people forget about you after the deal is made. I will buy many more cars from Shane and from Sunset Audi.”

My salesman, Robert, was wonderful and patient, even though I’m sure he wanted to throttle me sometimes. “I recently bought a 2011 A4 Avant from Sunset Porsche Audi. I had spent most of my time talking to Wilsonville Audi but after I decided what I wanted, I made the perchase using an Internet service. The service did not have a relationship with Wilsonville but did with Sunset. The whole process was very much as a previous reviewer commented. I went with Sunset because of the price and the professional, courteous process. Shane Randall was also my sales person. He was professional and was prepared to answer my questions on my 2 visits to the dealership, one to finalize some options where I wanted to actually see cars and one to pick up the car after it arrived. “My wife and I ordered a 2011 A4 Avant in July while we were living in the Bay Area. We ordered from Sunset because they were very straightforward on the phone and we quickly were able to agree on a price. We were also going to be moving to Portland later that month and figured that the 3 months a special order would take was no big deal. Shane Randall and his manager Ammar Khan were really steller to work with. Our entire process was done mostly in email and they were always fast and efficient in their communication. We got the news our car had come at the end of September and the first time we set foot in the dealership was on Oct. 1st, our pick up date. Shane took great care of us that day. The finance person was a joy to work with as they had prepared everything ahead of time and our signing process was painless. Shane then took great care to go over all the features of my wife’s new A4 Avant with her and then we were on our way. I’ve dealt with many dealers and new car purchases over the years and this ranked at the very top for customer service, professionalism and a great deal. They gave us a great price and were totally transparent in this respect which really solidified the fact that we made the right choice in choosing to work with them. Go see them if you need a new Audi”
